Obesity is the problem/ condition in which a person has more the enough body fat, and it can be gotten from your families gentics ans environmental factors that may be difficult to handle when dieting. Obesity can as well be defined as having a Body Mass Index (BMI) 30 or above. Back in 2005 about 1,6 billion adults around the ages of 15 were over weight, 20 million of children below 5 were also overweight , and at least 400 billion of adults were facing obesity.
Obesity can be caused by many different problems such as: overeating, Genetics, Slow Metabolism, lifestyle choices, medication, and many other more.
For my Health and Physical Education class we had to create a workout meant for people with Obesity. People with Obesity main have a bigger body than average people, because of this we decided to make a simple workout that was not to hard not to simple. To help with our decision we first thought about what type of exercises would we do if we were in the same position as people with obesity. after we had finished brain storming, we chose some simple exercises that Obesity people could do at least 4 - 5 times a week, the workout had exercises such, jogging on the spot, cross leg (side to side), sit ups,squats. etc. In order for us to have the obesity feel, we put on heavy backpacks that made the exercise harder.
